2010 End of Season Team Evaluation is here!! 

Our end-of-season survey is now available online.  Click this link, or paste the url below into your browser:

You should be able to answer the questions, add comments, and send it back online quickly and easily. 

You may submit the survey with or without your family name. If you do not list your name, the submission will be completely anonymous. However, we do encourage you to give your name, because then if you have particular concerns a Board member will be able to follow up with you personally.

Please participate, as this can only increase the opportunity for team improvement. If the questions do not address your area of concern or do not allow for you to share an idea for improvement, please feel free to write in your comments in the box at the end of the survey.
