North Jeffco Meet This Weekend, June 11-13th.

All 12 & Unders need to be at the meeet by 7am each day and 13 & overs by 12pm.  For the morning sessions, warm-up is open from 7-8am with no team lane assignments. For the afternoon sessions we are in session I from 12:20-12:55pm in lanes 6&7.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning sessions, Evergreen will be responsible for providing 2 timers for lane 3.  For the Friday afternoon session we will need to provide one timer for lane 3.  Please be willing to fill in a time slot.

No Practice this Friday and Saturday for all categories due to the North Jeffco Meet.

Board of Directors Meeting this Monday, June 14th.

Our next board meeting will take place from 12-1:30pm at Tuscany Tavern.  All are welcome!  Please notify Kathy Lahr at president@evergreenswimteam.org if you would like to attend or have any items to add to the agenda.

Last Florida Deposit Due this Monday, June 14th

The last Florida deposit of $60 NOT $75 is due to Coach Jeff by this Monday.  This is $80 less than last years trip!!

All T-Shirt Orders are Due by Tuesday, June 15th

Senior and Age Group Zone Meet Entries Due!!

The Senior Zone 2 Meet, from July 9th-11th, entries are due by next Wednesday, June 16th.

The Age Group Zone 2 meet from July 16th-18th entries are due by next Friday, June 18th. 

Please notify Coach Jeff via email at jarm003@yahoo.com, if your child will not be attending either of these 2 meets.  If you do not notify him by these deadlines, you will be charged for your child's meet entry fees.  If you need more information on these meets please talk with Coach Jeff.
