Superbowl Meet Volunteer Assignments

Hello Swim Team Families,

It is that time again for us to gather our strength and put together another successful meet. I have put together the job assignments for the February 2/3 Super Bowl Meet.  Each family has been assigned 3 sessions of volunteer work. 

Click here to find the Volunteer Assignments, which have been posted on the team website.  You will need to click the links to each session’s schedule to see which three sessions you are assigned to work.

Included on the spreadsheet is the time that you should be at the pool and a brief description of your duties. Some of you have been assigned either Friday night set up or Sunday night tear down.  I have attempted to accommodate all requests sent to me.  At this point, if you see a conflict with an assignment, please contact someone else on the team to see if you can trade.  I am hoping that each of you can work your schedules around the assignments for the weekend.  As well, if you feel that you can assist more than you are scheduled, let me know.  We are working on a skeleton schedule and could use a few more people to fill in to allow for some flexibility.
