Dear Swim Team Parents,

I have posted a spreadsheet of the volunteer assignments for the Nov. 18th meet to the website. Click here to go to the document, where you can find a general description of your job duties, as well as the time you need to arrive at the pool on Sunday morning.  If your swimmer is not attending this meet, please email me immediately so I can re-assign your position.

I will be having a review session with the Meet Marshals at 7:30am so we can go over all of the details we need to be aware  Please gather in the south east corner of the pool by the pump room door by 7:30.  All of us need to be prepared when the participants start to arrive for the 8am warm ups. 

I will then have a training session for the rest of the positions at 8am (with the exception of the timers) to review your job responsibilities.  Please meet at the same corner as the marshals.  Then at 8:30, Deb Gomez (the Meet Referee) will meet with the timers to review their duties.  Again, in the same corner by the pump room door.

If you have any questions prior to the meet, do not hesitate to call me.  The best place to get in touch with me is at my office at 303-492-8900.  During the meet, I will check in regularly to make sure everyone is comfortable with their assignments.

While there are some logistical challenges due to the construction, we are confident that, with everyone's help, we can run a safe and successful meet.  Thanks in advance for your participation.
