Create a Parent Account First

Select: Create Log In
Enter Email – a verification code will be emailed to you
Enter Code
Set Up Username & Password
Log in
Have you ever had a USA Swim Membership? – Unless you are an official or coach select the yes/no button twice for NO
If you are a parent: Select OK
Fill in Information
Answer Legal Obligations by selecting yes
Type in Your Name for Signature

Select This Membership is for someone other than the logged in user
Has person ever had a USA swimming Membership? Select once for YES / Twice for NO
Select picture with Renew or New Member depending on what you chose
If it is Renew it will give you a place to search for your swimmer
You can select Premium Membership ($80) or Flex ($30) – Flex is restricted to 2 swim meets per calendar year (you can upgrade from Flex to Premium at any time)
Fill in all information and go to check out.

Transfers

Transfers are now 60 days (previous transfers haven’t been adjusted in the new SWIMS).
If a swimmer is not currently registered for 2023, Registration is the best way to transfer clubs.
Club transfers are to be initiated by the Parent in SWIMS 3.0. The parent must set up an account and their swimmer's link in the family section. If families, need their IDs, Jackie at Colorado Swimming can look them up if an ID number has been requested and it hasn’t come by email. Contact [email protected].
