PPA Meet Registration Deadline

Hello Hurricane Families-

Our next meet is the Pikes Peak Aquatics Harvest Heats the weekend of October 13-15.

Entries are due on Sunday October 1st, so we have set the registration deadline for Saturday night, September 30th.

The meet information document is posted on the website under the event name on our event calendar.  Please review this document to see the order of sessions so you will know what time of day your swimmer is set to compete.  It is a little different than normal.

One particular item about this meet is in regards to the Friday sessions.  On the meet information document, it has two different sessions on Friday, one early, one late.  Both sessions offer the same events.  The Hurricanes will only be attending the second session on Frdiay evening.   Warm-ups for this session are currently slated for a 6:30pm warm-up time.  We have chosen this session over the first so that school and traffic can both be navigated in time for any family wishing to compete on Friday.

Per usual practice with a two or three day meet, when you go in to commit to the meet, doing so in a simple "yes" fashion means that you wish to be entered inot all 3 days of the meet.  If your family has specific days that they cannot attend, please state so in the NOTES box on the same page as the attend/decline option.  This is another reason why everyone should review the meet information document so you can see what sessions and start/end times you'd be working with for the weekend.
