February Finale Final Meet Details

Hello Hurricane Families-

This weekend is the February Finale at Meyers Pool in Arvada.  All of the meet details can be found below, and all of the documents like heat sheets, timelines, and entry reports can be found on our website under the event name.

Heat sheets will not be available at the pool so please print at home, or check meet mobile for your swimmer's heat /lane assignments.

Sessions 1, 3, and 5 are for the Open sessions (PM)

Sessions 2 and 4 are for the 12&Under sessions (AM)

Warm-Ups and Session Start times:

Friday:  Open warm-ups from 4:30-5:00pm, Meet starts at 5:10pm

Saturday and Sunday AM sessions (12&Under swimmers):  Warm-ups from 7:25-7:50am in Lanes 17-19 (Shallow end), Meet starts at 8:00am

Saturday PM session:  Warm-ups from 12:30-1:00pm in Lanes 15-17, Meet starts at 1:10pm

Sunday PM session: Warm-ups from 12:00-12:30pm in Lanes 15-17, Meet statrts at 12:40pm

Positive Check-In:

Friday 500 Free closes at 5:00pm

Friday 400 IM closes at 5:30pm

Saturday 1650 Free closes at 2:00pm

Timing Shifts:

With the HS Girls state champs this weekend, the host club couldn't cover every timing shift necessary. We have been assigned a VERY managable part for our team.  We just need to provide one timer in Lane 10 for the Friday PM session, and both of the PM sessions on Saturday and Sunday.  Spliting the sessions into two shifts, there are six shifts available for you to sign up for via the link HERE

This is going to be the last meet at the Meyers pool before they tear it down to make a parking lot for the new Meyers pool you will see being built right next to old Meyers.  Little bit of history here, enjoy the weekend!
