A Huge Thank You!

Hello Hurricanes Families,

First, I'd like to offer a big thank you to everyone who participated in last night's fundraiser at Troutdale Tavern. The event was a huge success: A great time for our families and over $4,400 raised for the Hurricanes! 

I'd especially like to thank Nicole Reyes, who identified the opportunity and organized the event with the restaurant, Sarah Salmen, who managed the reservations and helped keep everyone on track during the event, and all the parents and athletes who did an awesome job hosting, serving, and bussing throughout the evening. I was so pleased with the way our swimmers stepped up with a great work ethic and pride in what we were there to accomplish.

Finally, we can all give a big thanks to Troutdale Tavern. Their creativity and generosity has created a wonderful opportunity for good causes in our area. They will be hosting another similar event for another charity tonight, and expect to surpass $90,000 raised for Evergreen charities since the beginning of the year!

Great job Hurricanes! Thanks to everyone!
