Team Pictures Wednesday, Volunteer Update, Post Meet Lunch @ Pavilion

 

Wow- what a great response to the volunteer needs emailed out 24 hours ago!  Of the 50 open volunteer positions, 38 have been filled already!  Thanks to everyone who has signed up for a spot!!!

 

That leaves us with 12 remaining positions to fill.  We need:

 

2 safety marshalls

2 concessions/hospitality workers

8 more timers in various shifts throughout the meet

 

If you haven't signed up for something yet, please click  HERE and take a slot!  I would be amazing to have everything locked in and ready to go before Friday night!

 

 

TEAM PICTURES TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY):

 

Reminder that tomorrow we will have Team Pictures.

Individual photos are an option for every family to purchase on site.  Details of the backgrounds will be provided on deck.  Please have your swimmer wear whatever suit they want and a Hurricanes T-Shirt.  If you have not received your T-shirt that came with team registration, come find me when you arrive and we will get that (and a cap) in your hands before pictures begin!

 

Here is the schedule that we will follow, along with the adjustments to practices for each group"

 

Category 1:  Individual photos from 4:30pm - 5:00pm

All Team and Category/Group photos from 5:00pm - 6:00pm

All other groups individual photos from 6:00pm-end.

 

Category 1 will not have practice on Team Picture day.

Categories 2 and 3 will practice from 6:00pm-7:00pm

Senior 1 and 2 will practice from 6:00pm - 8:00pm

TEAM LUNCH AFTER SWIM MEET:

 

We are looking forward to the post swim meet lunch for our Hurricanes swimmers and families. Lunch will be hosted at the Wulf Rec Center Pavillion (weather permitting). 

 

To help us prepare properly for food amounts, please go to the Events Calendar and commit to the Lunch the same way you would for a swim meet by selecting "Attend" and include in the NOTES box how many from your family will be there.
