Let me start off with a huge THANK YOU to everyone who picked up a volunteer shift for the meet.  We have filled every position needed!!  What a testament to how great this year is going to be as we move into the season with exceptional athletes and amazing parents supporting the team!

 
The meet this Saturday has been seeded and all necessary documents have been created and uploaded to our website.  I would like to thank Coach Nate especially, because without his experience with the computers and timing systems, running a home meet would be impossible.  Literally impossible!
 
HIGH ALTITUDE KICKOFF - HOME MEET SATURDAY
 
The documents mentioned above can be found on our website by clicking the Meet Name on the Event Calendar and viewing the attached docs. 
 
The  Heat Sheet is where you can find your swimmer's heats and lanes for each of their events.  
 
The  Athlete Entry Report has the events for each athlete separated out by name, which is easy to cross reference with the heat sheet so that you do not look over an event they are entered in.
 
The  Timeline is a report of when each event tentatively starts.  The time of day next to the event is when Heat 1 of that event is set to begin.  This will help you know roughly when your swimmer will swim each event.
 
Don't forget to sign up to attend the Post-Meet Luncheon at the Wulf Pavilion after the swimming is done!  Signing up via the website will help us know how many folks to provide for!  The sign-up genius link to bring something to this gathering is  HERE.
 
COSA Gian-Luc Jordan Open:
 
The next meet on the calendar is the COSA Gian-Luc Jordan Open in Colorado Springs the weekend of October 11-13.  This meet is the replacement for the PPA Harvest Heats that was originally on the schedule.
 
The registration deadline for this meet is set for Tuesday, October 1st at midnight.  Please register for the meet before the deadline expires and be sure to include any exceptions in the NOTES box (such as "No Friday" if you cannot attend Friday).
 
One change that has been made to this meet since announcing it is that there has been a change of venue.   The meet will now be held at Pine Creek High School.  The address can be found on the new meet information document (posted under meet name on our website), or here:   10750 Thunder Mountain Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80908.
