November Meet Change / COSA deadline / MI Sports Team Store Open!

No Practice this Saturday, October 5th for all groups.

(Most coaches are out of town this weekend for various weddings and other events).

 

 

COSA Meet registration deadline is tonight!

 

If you wish to attend any or all of the meet in Colorado Springs the weekend of October 11-13, please register your swimmers by tonight.  Go to the Event Calendar on our website and next to the meet name "Gian-Luc Jordan Open" click the "Attend/Decline" button and select Attend in the drop down box of the next page.  If you need to include any exceptions like "No Friday" or "Have to leave by 11:00am Sunday", please type these into the NOTES box when on the attend/decline page.  The meet information for this meet with all details of the meet can be found by clicking on the meet name in the Event Calendar and scrolling down to see the attached documents.

 

 

NOVEMBER MEET CHANGE:

 

The new pool in Arvada which was supposed to host its inaugural meet Nov 15-17 is not going to be ready for opening by this date.  We have advanced notice about this truth, so we went ahead and replaced the meet on our calendar with a different one.  Once word gets out about the new pool being behind and the November Meet is not happening, many teams in Colorado will be scrambling to find an alternative meet.  

 

We have replaced this weekend with the ACES High Point Invite which is held at VMAC in Thornton on November 1-3.

 

We are setting a registration deadline for Sunday, October 6th for this meet so that we can get our entries completed and sent into the host team a few days before their deadline in hopes of getting accepted into the meet.  Entries are accepted on a first come first accepted basis until the meet is full.  And as mention above, there is going to be quite a rush the closer we get to the deadline. 

 

So if you want to attend any or all of the ACES meet the first weekend of November,  please register before our deadline of Sunday, October 6th.
