Practice Changes and Mile High Champs info

Reminder:  No practice for all groups tomorrow (Friday, March 7) due to a high school meet being held at Wulf

 

Mile High Champs:

 

Our last short course meet of the season is all set for next weekend, March 14-16 at the AAC in Arvada.  All meet details will be received early next week and we will send out one big email including everything as soon as we have the info.  For now, you can view the entry report and psych sheet on our website under the meet name in the Event Calendar.  We will certainly have timing assignments given to us since we are bringing 41 athletes to this meet, so when that big detailed email gets sent out next week, please be ready to click the sign-up genius link and grab one of our assigned shifts!!

 

Practice Changes:

 

Along with no practice this Friday as mentioned above, we will be taking our spring break during the Jeffco Public School break.  This means that no groups will have practice from Monday, March 17 through Sunday, March 23.  And with the Mile High Champs being held the weekend before this break, there will be no practices for all groups on Friday, March 14 and Saturday, March 15.  So if you are not attending the Mile High Champs, your break will stretch from Friday, March 14 through Sunday, March 23.  Normal practice schedule will resume on Monday, March 24.

For those families that intend to take a break during the summer, or have to stop Hurricane participation before summer league seasons, please remember that all accounts have to give Kathy Hellard a 30-day notice prior to suspension.  She can be contacted at [email protected]
