Hello Hurricanes families, I hope everyone had a great mini-break for Halloween! We have a lot of sick athletes (and coaches) right now. Although it isn't something entirely within our control, please be extra attentive to your diet and sleep schedule over the coming weeks to help minimize the damage. The next 6 weeks of training are the most important of our winter season, and I hope to have as many athletes as possible in the water and feeling strong. There are a number of important updates and announcements happening...

With many fitness milestones to achieve, skills to learn, and habits to reinforce, we can all expect to raise the bar for performance over the next few months. Our new Agonswim team store open...

Hello Hurricanes Families, I hope everyone had a great weekend. Please check out the latest updates below: Meet Recap Well done to all the Hurricanes who competed in the North Jeffco Season Kickoff on Saturday! For better or worse, each competitive opportunity is going to be different. Sometimes everything feels great, sometimes it feels all wrong. Occaisionally you are the big fish, and other times it feels like you are in way over your head. In this case, our inconsistent start to the training season gave us little reason to...
Hello Hurricanes, Thanks to all the families who were able to attend the all-team parent meeting last night. It was really great to see so many new faces!
